We currently only ship Australia-wide, international shipping is not available. We offer free standard delivery on all purchases.

Please allow 24 hours for your order to processed. Your items will then be shipping and you should receive them within 5 business days.

Pick-up option is available if living in Sydney, Australia

Returns

At this point in time we do not offer returns for change of mind. This is because we have made every effort to promote and advertise the type of product you are purchasing and by engaging in our service and making a purchase you are certain you want to purchase that particular product.

We can assess on a case-by-case basis whether we will accept a return if the product you receive is faulty. However before we accept a return we reserve the right to workshop what the issue may be with you and if an acceptable solution cannot be achieve then we may offer you a store credit which can be used at another time. We will not be able to offer you a cash refund, so please bare this in mind when purchasing our extensions. As mentioned in your package, your extension may shed and tangle, but all this can be managed with the appropriate care - this is not considered faulty. If you purchase dyed extensions, the colour may run when wash them - this is not considered faulty.
